Dear Mom and Dad,
Two of the most loving parents anyone could ask for. They call me here in Taiwan every Saturday night from Toronto, Canada, just to touch base with me. They have put up with so many of my odd stages in my teenage years. How can I put into words my love and gratitude for an entire lifetime of their love and support? Well, let me try here in the next twenty pages.
You are two of the most important people in my life. Although I may not often say it, I am very blessed to have been brought into this world by two loving people as you. Even though I may have gone astray from time to time, your nurturing love has always helped me find my way. I don’t think I could have asked for two more loving parents. May God bless you always.
My love, baby Isabella
How do I begin to express my love for you that that has grown with every moment we have spent together? Every fond memory and struggle has drawn us ever closer to this loving moment. Your kindness, tolerance, passion and curiosity make you the beautiful person I love and admire. I could probably recite a dozen cliché love lines from movies and songs, but your love is deserving of originality. There was one time while we were eating dinner when I visited you in Kaohsiung, my heart thought when will I be the most important person in her life. That moment has finally come and it given me so much joy. And need I say it you have been the most important person in my life for some time now.
You probably don’t know this, but once while I was waiting for you for our date, I saw you in the distance and you looked so lovely and beautiful that I thought to myself, what did I do to deserve you, I must have been the luckiest guy in the world. As I see you here today by my side, I still think and feel the same as did on that autumn day.
My love, baby, Isabella, the moment we both have been waiting for has finally come. I hope it has been worth the wait. I love you.
